One possibility is to design your nursery so that it would be beautiful in every season of the year. Subsequently we provide you with one opportunity to do so.

Use evergreen trees and bushes which provide you feast for the eye during the whole year. Rock gardens need special care, but they look absolutely stunning on springs and autumns. Of course it is nice to use flowers which start to blossom in spring: tulips, daffodils, crocuses etc. The easiest time of the year for gardening is of course summer. At that time, most flowers blossom and they have enough light to grow to a flourishing plant. 

You can experiment with different plants but you should still bare in mind, that they are not only beautiful to watch but also need constant care. In the summertime they may need watering (still, some xerophytes do not need so frequent watering). If fall arrives and weather turns colder, you may have to dig out some plants and bring them in for the cold winter. Other ones need covering but can be left outside. These points are especially important to follow when you try to cultivate some exotic plants, like the ones from tropical rainforests where plants are used to warm and humid climate.

Do not worry, if your experiments do not succeed at the first time. No one has born with “green fingers”, it needs constant studying and experimentation.
